jz77 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jz77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jz77 platform, accessible at jz77.bio, and its operating entity.
• "Platform" means the jz77 website, mobile site, and all services, games, betting markets, and features made available through jz77.bio.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jz77 Platform in any capacity.

• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within your jz77 Account, from which deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are conducted.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your Account by jz77 under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jz77 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the jz77 Platform is legally restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

By accessing the jz77 Platform, creating a jz77 Account, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference, including the jz77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of jz77, regardless of the device, browser, or access method used to reach the Platform. jz77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register for and use a jz77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jz77 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21. This age restriction applies regardless of the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly illegal under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of jz77, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have full legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding agreement of this nature.
• You must not have previously been excluded from the jz77 Platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or as a result of a jz77 enforcement action.

jz77 reserves the right to request documentation confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active jz77 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings therein.

When registering for a jz77 Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jz77 Account login credentials, including your username and password. jz77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify jz77 Support immediately.

jz77 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the jz77 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The jz77 PKR Wallet is the central account balance from which all wagers are placed and to which all winnings and withdrawal funds are credited.

jz77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Raast. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 per transaction (subject to change; check the Cashier section of your Account for current limits).
• Deposits: Standard deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawals: Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 3–5 minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal Verification: jz77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Currency: All amounts displayed and transacted on jz77 are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fees are charged by jz77 on PKR transactions.

jz77 does not accept deposits made from third-party payment accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your jz77 Account. Deposits made from mismatched or unverified payment sources may be returned and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

jz77 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals to or from your jz77 Account.

jz77 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a stated wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to verified Account holders who meet the stated eligibility criteria. jz77 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Promotion at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional offer may be active in your Account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the terms of any jz77 promotion — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

All casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, fishing games, and other wagering products available on the jz77 Platform are governed by specific game rules published within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game or product.

jz77 uses certified game software from internationally recognised gaming providers. All random number generation (RNG) outcomes in applicable games are independently tested for fairness. Live dealer games use real dealers, real cards, and real equipment — game outcomes are determined by physical play and not by algorithm.

jz77 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• A technical error or system malfunction has materially affected the game outcome or the display of odds.
• The bet was placed using funds that are subsequently found to have originated from fraudulent activity.
• The bet or wager is found to have been placed in violation of these Terms or the applicable game rules.
• An error in the stated odds, payout, or game configuration is identified — whether due to human error or technical fault.

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, jz77's server-side records of the game state at the point of disconnection shall be the authoritative record for determining the outcome. jz77 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jz77 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended and all funds, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited at jz77's sole discretion:

• Opening or using more than one jz77 Account, whether in your own name or under any assumed identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to place bets without genuine human decision-making.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error are not valid and will be voided.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds known or believed to be derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that jz77 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward jz77 staff or other users of the Platform.

jz77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform operates a strict 21+ age policy and provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to help players manage their gambling activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified jz77 Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jz77 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the jz77 Platform without the prior written consent of jz77. Unauthorised use of jz77 intellectual property is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jz77 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

jz77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your jz77 Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

jz77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects. jz77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure where reasonable notice has been provided or where the failure is beyond jz77's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jz77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jz77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at jz77.bio/privacy-policy.

By registering for a jz77 Account, you acknowledge that jz77 will collect and process your personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications.

jz77 does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for the operation of the Platform (including payment processors and KYC verification services) and as required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
